Axel Rudi Pell will start songwriting

Axel joined Uli Jon Roth on stage at the “Hendrix Night” Sky Academy Jam on September 5th at the Rock ´n Pop Museum in Gronau, Germany. “Uli invited me to play there and of course I accepted his invitation. Although it was a “Hendrix Night”, we played 2 songs by Deep Purple, “Mistreated” and “Black Night”, together with his band. It was great with a long jamming part in the middle of both songs, which lasted almost 30 minutes ! Believe me, we had much fun doin´it ! Now all live playing activities for this year are over and now I will 100 % concentrate on the songwriting for the next album”
