Bill Kaulitz (20), Tokio Hotel singer looks like he would be starving. Fans are really worried about his health. Even though eccentric singer looks extremely skinny he is trying to persuade fans that everything is under control. Billy said “Don’t be scared of my diet. I have always been skinny.” According to his statement, he has high metabolic rate and cannot put on weight even if he eats fastfood.
Dietitian Thomas Kurscheid said that people suffering from anorexia deny having eating problems. All testifies to anorexy. In the latest picture Bill appeared dressed in loose sweater hiding his skinny body.
Next reason could be drugs that arent anything special in such a business. In the interview for Bravo magazine Billy confessed that he had taken drugs but proclaimed that he gave it up. But seeing his pictures one cannot be sure.
According to a psychologist Bill is under enormous stress and trying to compensate it by starving. “Bill’s life is under managers supervision. No wonder he is trying to have weight under control at least” said the specialist.

I dont know what to think about it. I hope he says true and he’s not suffering from anorexia but to be honest I’m not really sure… However I don’t believe he is taking drug..
Bill has always been skinny, he just started wearing tighter clothes. thats all.

Bill has grown a couple of centimeters in the past year, he wears tigher clothes and also has an incredible high metabolism. Also, he is now a committed vegetarian.
Stupid people that can’t find anything interesting to write about are spreading these ridiculous rumours.
Some people has fast metabolism and no matter how much they eat, they don’t gain weight. Bill is one of those people. It also doesn’t help that Bill is like 6′3, his height stretches his slim body, so it seems like he’s extremely thin.

Bill has always been skinny, but it seems to be worse now. I don’t think he has anorexia. I think that during his surgery they messed up his thyroid gland. It’s right there in the throat/neck area and it controls your metabolism. I have a friend that this happened to several years ago and she lost like 60 pound in less than a year without trying. He seems to have lost the weight since his surgery and if it is his thyroid gland then he can eat and eat and still lose weight. If it is his thyroid then thank god there are many ways to treat it.Just want him to be healthy.
